Traditional Escrow, Inc. was established in January 2004 as an independent escrow company licensed by the California Department of Corporations, Escrow License No. 963-1978. With our main office in Orange County,  we have grown to multiple branches serving all of Southern California, including Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Our staff holds over 220 years of combined escrow experience. With very diverse and rich transactional experience, we have successfully closed over 10,000 transactions for our clients.

 

We handle a wide variety of escrow transactions, including residential resale, commercial, bulk sale, REO, Short Sale, and refinance transactions. In addition, we have a corporate facility to support the branches including Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, IT, Audit and Compliance, and Escrow Administration departments.
